I've included a picture of her finished product so you can see how adorable the handbag is. I love this idea. If I could so much as thread a needle (which, for the record, I cannot), I would make purses for all the lovely ladies on my Christmas list.
I highly recommend that those of you who can sew check this project out. It actually looks quite easy (again, provided you can sew), and whatever you make will be much more unique than the cable knit bags you can buy in the stores (the cheapest of which I’ve seen, by the way, is around $20).
