Introducing: Supermarket Steals

Over the past year, Donnie and I have gone from spending $75-$100 a week on groceries, to only $30. We eat very well, and don’t feel the slightest bit deprived. And we don’t spend hours each week planning out our grocery lists, either! We simply made some small changes to our spending habits, and those changes yielded big results.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll teach you how to achieve similar success in a series of blog entries entitled “Supermarket Steals.” By making a few simple changes to the way you shop, you'll be able to save thousands of dollars a year on food, toiletries, and personal care items. It’s not difficult, I promise! With a little planning, a little creativity, and a little flexibility, you may be able to reduce your monthly grocery bill by as much as 70%.

Check back tomorrow afternoon for the first post in this series!

I just found your blog - cool! I am in the 75$-$100 with groceries each week - trying so hard to lower that! How in the world do you eat on $30? I would love to see a sample of a menu plan to see if we even eat the same...to see if I could make that much of a change in our budget!
