Life is filled with small, simple pleasures that cost almost nothing. Take some time to enjoy them this week!
- Savor a cup of your favorite coffee or tea in a quiet room.
- Spend some time watching old home movies or looking at family photographs.
- Curl up on the couch with a good book.
- Take a long, hot bath.
- Go for a brisk walk, and enjoy the feel of the fresh winter air in your lungs.
- Write a long letter to an old friend.
- Take a nap (and refuse to feel guilty about it!)
- Eat dinner by candlelight.
- Stargaze.
- Wear your favorite outfit—whether it’s flannel pajamas or a little black cocktail dress—all day.
- Watch a movie you love—in bed.
- Spend an hour doing absolutely nothing at all.

I completely agree. It's so easy to get lost in the motions of things and end up busting your hump day in and day out. The past two weeks have offered a lot of potential down and out time.
It's essential to recharge your battery!
