Dining IN: Pasta with Two Sauces

Pasta with Two Sauces is one my favorite frugal fabulous recipes. It's simple and inexpensive to prepare, but tastes absolutely decadent!

In a large casserole dish, mix together:

One pound of hot cooked pasta
One jar of tomato sauce (I use homemade)
A handful of grated mozzarella cheese
A few ounces of cooked meat, cut into bite-sized pieces (I use pan-fried London broil)

Set aside.

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, whisk together:

1/2 cup of milk (skim is fine)
8 ounces of cream cheese

Pour the cream cheese sauce over the pasta mixture. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serve with your favorite homemade bread and a steamed green veggie. Absolutely delicious!

What's your favorite five-star frugal meal?
