Great list of ideas! I always add peas to our family's Mac & Cheese. I feel less guilty with something green in our convenience foods.

Nice blog! I use canned beans sometimes because they are so much quicker and you can make it into a side dish or burritos, etc. I also use things like a box of mac and cheese to add a side dish to a home cooked meal!

We brown ground beef, put it in a casserole pan and add canned mushrooms and augratin potato mix on top (mixed according to the package + a little seasoned salt). Then top it off with grated cheese. Delicious! By the way, I love your blog. :)
